Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refund processing

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

CraftBoot Stitched Leather Boots

CraftBoot™ Stitched Leather Boots are hand-stitched mid-top boots with a decorative belt detail. A microfiber leather upper sits over a cushioned latex insole and a flat 20 mm rubber sole, with a front tie plus slip-on entry. Five colorways, EU sizes 35 to 48.

  • Cushioned latex insole: soft, springy support underfoot.
  • Flat 20 mm rubber sole: stable, low, and flexible.
  • Belt detail: a leather-splice accent on the mid-top shaft.

Where you will wear them

CraftBoot suits daily wear, city outfits, casual weekends, and travel across all four seasons. The unisex design works as couple wear.

Build and materials

The upper is microfiber leather with a round toe and mid-top shaft. The inner is super fiber, the insole is latex, and the sole is 20 mm rubber with a flat heel. Closure is a front tie with a shallow slip-on opening.

Care

Wipe the microfiber leather with a damp cloth and mild soap. Keep the stitching free of grit with a soft brush. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash.
