Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refund processing

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

FlowStep Breathable Sport Shoes

FlowStep™ Breathable Sport Shoes bring a sporty, colorful look to everyday wear. A synthetic leather upper holds its shape, a PU insole cushions each step, and a composite sole is built for regular daily use at a light weight of around 1 kg per pair.

  • Lightweight build: around 1 kg per pair for easy extended wear.
  • Ventilation-focused design: the construction is designed to support airflow during daily activity.
  • Cushioned PU insole: a soft footbed for long casual days.
  • Durable composite sole: a flat, stable base for everyday surfaces.
  • Bold color options: red, green, or white and black.

Where you will wear them

FlowStep is an everyday casual sport shoe. Wear it for daily errands, walks, light gym sessions, and weekends. The bold colorways stand out with simple outfits. These are not performance running or trail shoes.

Build and materials

The upper is synthetic leather with a round toe and flat heel. The insole is PU. The sole is a composite construction. Closure is a standard lace-up. Available in red, green, and white and black.

Care

Wipe the synthetic leather upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real leather?

No. The upper is synthetic leather, which is easier to clean and holds its color.

Are these good for running?

They suit casual walks, light gym use, and daily wear. They are not performance running shoes.

Are they waterproof?

No. The synthetic leather resists light splashes better than fabric, but the shoes are not sealed against water.

How do I pick my size?

Measure your foot length in millimeters and match the size guide above. Between sizes, choose the larger one.
