Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refund processing

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

RetroLift Elevated Casual Shoes

RetroLift™ Elevated Casual Shoes are retro German-trainer-style shoes in two-layer cowhide leather with a discreet internal elevation. Choose flat or a hidden lift of 4, 6, or 8 cm; the outside profile stays the same. Front-tie lacing with tassel details, in white, black, or white-black, EU sizes 37 to 44.

  • Real leather upper: two-layer cowhide with a classic retro trainer cut.
  • Discreet elevation options: flat, 4 cm, 6 cm, or 8 cm internal lift.
  • Microfiber interior: a soft, moisture-managing lining.
  • Stitched rubber sole: durable construction with reliable traction.
  • Tassel lace detail: a vintage accent on the front tie.

RetroLift suits city outfits, office-casual days, dinners, and weekends. The retro trainer silhouette pairs with jeans and chinos alike.

Build and materials

The upper is two-layer cowhide leather with a round toe. The interior is microfiber, the insole is EVA, and the sole is stitched rubber with a flat outer heel. The elevation sits inside the shoe: pick the variant with your preferred lift height and the exterior looks identical to the flat version.

Care

Wipe the leather with a soft dry cloth and treat with leather care cream now and then. Keep away from radiators and direct sun. Do not machine wash.
