Best water shoes ever !

The best water shoes I have owned. Light, form fitting so no rocks get in, ridiculously comfortable, great traction and they dry fast ! And my dogs love the soles for belly rubs

A quality water shoe

Upgrade from all the previous water shoes I've owned. Easy to put on. Comfortable adjustable and the olive green is a nice change from blue black or pink.

Great Value and quality

Arrived Fast. Great product. Dries fast. They are comfortable. Didn’t weigh down my feet when I jumped in the water. Gave me the grip I needed when I was in the kayak and raft. I didn’t have any blisters after going rafting for 8 hours. And they look Great! Happy customer.

Great shoe! Wrong size sent?

Looks and feels great, but way too long for my feet. I’m usually 10.5 men’s so I ordered an 11, but I think they sent me a 12 or larger. I rounded up because I saw another review saying their size was too tight. So maybe they just sent me the wrong size?

Satisfied

Really likes the shoe buy them for vacation in Hawaii. I’ve already tried them on their light and comfortable. Two negative takeaways,1) I did receive the wrong color. I ordered white and received gray however, it was not a big enough issue to return the item. 2) I would like to see them packaged better so that they don’t come kind of compressed together. I’m sure it would increase the cost of the item so I understand, but the product would arrive in better shape if it was packaged more cautiously.

Super comfortable and good quality.

UBFEN Water shoe fits perfect and feel comfortable. I love the color and quality of construction. I definitely recommend getting these water shoe. I bought a water shoe when I was on vacation in the Caribbean, but these are much better quality and feels more comfortable.

Perfect water shoes for kayaking!

Looking for a cheaper option to Astrals for whitewater kayaking and these have been great! Barefoot feeling but with some cushion, very comfy. True to size and exactly as pictured. They did dig into the back of my ankle at first, but once they got wet the back softened. I love not getting sand and rocks stuck like with keens or tevas. These don't have the best grip on wet rocks, only complaint (but for the price you can't expect high quality, grippy sole).

Love the protected edge and room for toes!

Barefoot shoes for when I play in the water. It took two tries, but the second pair is a keeper. One of the Ubfen bungee lace keepers was inoperable on arrival the first go around, I didn’t even get to try them on. But the seller had a replacement pair sent out pronto which arrived at my door amazingly fast. These shoes keep my toes protected by a slight rubber wrap that is an extension of their sole. The sole is equally durable with appropriate traction for my water sports needs. The shoe is overall very flexible and light on my feet so I can be nimble and respond quickly in all my water adventures. I ordered my usual size of 11 and the size 44EU fit perfectly. One last thought, my shoes arrived sandwiched together, wrapped in clear, slightly thicker than Saran Wrap plastic wrap, underwhelming really. So if gift giving, be advised there are no tags or frills. Would buy again if the price point dropped from my 29 dollar order.

Great shoes, but no match for the ocean Vana in Hawaii.

These are super cute and comfortable, but no match for the Vana Sea Urchin in Hawaii. The Vana went right through the sides of my feet, so I wish the rubber soles went up around the sides more. Thank goodness the shoes stopped the Vana from coming through the bottom of my feet, so it could have been much worse.

Size up, other than that great option.

The durability, arch support and quality is actually really good. Though it fits my child’s foot true to his size I would highly recommend getting a size up as the ease of putting on is more snug . Luckily the straps on top adjust to let room out so this helps for the event that he has coming up as a 1x usage. They are indeed slip resistant which is the main goal as he will be walking in the water with rocks etc. The color and fabric or soft , nice , with no issues.

It fits and kinda love them already

I'm a middle side and chose the bigger end. I have a high arches and the moment that part felt the coverage, I was sold on these. But I still need to give them a go as soon I go on my next trip, hopefully next month in May 2025.Update: Just purchased a size down and a different color that matches my tan.

Most comfortable but uppers material flimsy

I love wearing these shoes which I use at the fitness center and for urban hikes. The soles are rugged and non-slip. Every time I wear them I think they’re the lightest, most comfortable yet securely-fitting shoes I’ve ever worn. The only criticism I have is that the material used for the uppers is thin and lightweight, and therefore flimsy: after wearing only a short time, my big toe’s nail (which I keep trimmed short) began wearing thru the material. No big hole yet, but it’s inevitable. That said, when it does wear thru, I’ll probably just duct tape it and continue to walk in them.

there is no "drainage" but, meh

What appear to be circles/holes in the bottom of the shoe are not punched through to let water drain out through the sole as stated in the description.I am going to get a punch and do it myself. There is a nice removable insole.I bought them for kayaking.I wear a women's 8.5M. (you can see where my big toe is in the photo). I was sent the European size 40 (it's usually a European 39 for a US 8.5) I don't think I would want them any shorter. 40 is good. They appear to be well made, are comfortable and should work well for kayaking.

Longer Replacement Laces Needed for My Wide Feet

I took another reviewers’ advice and replaced the original laces with longer l0ck laces, the longer length made ALL the difference on my wide feet, otherwise the fabric’s firmness, the plastic eyelet brackets and the original shorter laces would’ve been too constrictive. In my pics you can see the laces’ slack and how loose and relaxed the eyelet bracket becomes with longer laces, my feet are flat and wide, the bracket isn’t merely decorative, it can be adjusted. I chose white laces even though as others mention, these shoes are a light gray or moonstone color, it’s actually really pretty.I’m used to non-woven water shoes that have greater width flexibility, color options and a tongue but I bought this style for the soft, seam-free ankle and it feels marvelous. Other water shoe styles have a thick ankle seam (why?) which sometimes eats into my skin. The first pic is in low-lighting straight out of box, the others are right after purchase, over 9 hours (!!!) at a waterpark; during and after submersion in very chlorinated water, and the last is on very swollen feet and ankles testing a random pair of thin-med socks, even though I plan to only use no-shows. The color holds, the shoes mold beautifully on the foot and around the ankle, I love them! I might love them even more in a size 9. The 8.5 fit almost exact lengthwise, the 9.5 left me with too large a space at toe, a mysteriously unavailable whole size would have given me a smidge of extra breathing space, however especially after breaking in, the fit is wonderful, and I’m a woman with flat, wide feet, bunions and a metatarsal who has learned over the years to cry on the inside with almost all my shoes. They broke in SO WELL and are super comfy, flexible and RELAXED, even after walking, running and swimming for hours on end. Also almost no arch support, which my flat feet love! These dried very well outside over 14hrs with no change in shape or size. I bought these because I think dark colored water shoes look ridiculous with a bikini or boy shorts, and the super flexible ones and swim socks aren’t a great look either. These are the best of both worlds, chic, fantastic color with a more sophisticated look that does the same job. I plan to wear these as shoes also, hence the sock test, because after 8 hours walking around in and out of water, the upper material began to irritate my index toe which is slightly raised - on both feet. The grip was great except at one oddly polished patch at the waterpark where I’ve experienced slippage with other shoes! The soles are thick yet flexible enough not to give off that clumsy, stiff crocodile foot look. My nephew has the velcro kids version of this shoe after some ankle blisters with other models. He doesn’t like the ‘boring’ color options, but likes not being in pain more. These shoes are also awesome because they don’t make my feet look gigantic, or overstuffed, they don’t gap around the ankle, my toes can move, and I can walk tons of city blocks. I do plan to buy another pair. The seller deserves 1 star off for never carrying a size 9, but I am in love with the shoe that I got!

Solid, lightweight and durable.

Bought these on sale for a trip to Cancun. Didn’t get a chance to break them in prior but needed some. I wore these for about 8 hours in wet conditions the whole time and they worked great. One foot did have the dreaded Achilles blister start to form in the back of my foot, but I was able to fold over the back enough to prevent any vacation hindering damage. Toward the end of the day, the small triangle logo in the front began to poke at my ankle but I’m just going to cut it off. I tried to put everything I mentioned in the photos.

Different materials based on design / color

I bought a pair of these for myself, my husband and our two kids. Obviously I ordered different sizes per person. We realized upon delivery that my shoe was a different material, unfortunately a more uncomfortable material. All of them love their shoes and I've got blisters. I have a new pair in my cart that is the same as theirs.Good: great flexibility and grip on rocks. We hiked waterfalls in the north georgia mountains. We liked these more than our hiking boots. The dry fast, but we did leave them out to dry before hiking back.Bad: just double check the material before buying. There's a very thin material and a more stretchy cotton material. We prefer the thin material.

These are NOT plain white

actually these are more like a "moon sand" white, but they look good! And with more quality than I expected.I've bought these for my son as he is going to a camp with the Boy Scouts on a sailboat ⛵ and these were the cheapest option for a pair of deck shoes. My son and I wear the same size of shoes, so I tried them and for me they feel a little strange because these are literally a "zero drop" shoe, for me, being more in the sport sandals trend than wearing closed shoes, my feet feel the difference, but nothing than you can't stand or so.Hopefully these will work for him at the sailboat ⛵ during this weekend.

Runs very big, size down

If you look at these water shoes they have two basic styles, in several patterns/colors. This particular one (the one with the laces) has a piece of plastic at the top of the heel portion of the shoe, to reinforce it (see photo). I find that piece to rub on my foot and I could see it forming a blister very quickly. The other style that they have (with velcro closure) simply has a piece of what looks like neoprene running up/down the entire height of the shoe to reinforce the ankle. (This style looks more like the tiger print if you are looking at the shoes from the top.) I have a pair of the 2nd style on the way and I'm hoping it will be more comfortable and not rub on the back of my heel like this pair does. For sizing, they definitely run large. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 in most styles and for these I definitely fit the 7 or 7.5 (depending on how snug of a fit you like). The Euro sizing appears to be much more accurate though because I am usually a 38 or 39 Euro which is exactly what fits me in this shoe. The company's euro sizing is as follows:size 7.5 US = 39size 7 US = 38Hopefully that helps people to choose their size so they don't have to do a bunch of purchases/returns like I did.
