Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

Frostguard Fleece Snow Boots

Frostguard™ Fleece Snow Boots are unisex high-top winter boots with a padded lining and a water-repellent treated fabric upper. They are intended for cold-weather walking, errands, and light snow exposure. Sealed waterproof construction and certified slip-resistance are not listed for this model.

  • Padded winter lining: adds insulation for cold-weather use.
  • Treaded outsole: provides the ground-contact surface. Traction varies with snow, ice, surface condition, temperature, and wear.
  • Water-repellent treatment: helps the upper shed light snow and moisture.
  • High-top pull-on design: ankle coverage with a heel pull tab.

Where you will wear them

Cold commutes, errands, travel, and ordinary snowy days. They are not intended for standing water, deep slush, or conditions that require technical waterproof or certified safety footwear.

Size guide

Available in EU 35 to 48. Confirmed foot-length data is not provided for EU 35. Listed foot lengths for EU 36–48 range from 233 mm to 313 mm. Measure both feet while standing and use the larger measurement. If thicker winter socks place you between sizes, choose the larger size.

Care

Remove snow and loose dirt after wear. Wipe with a damp cloth where suitable and air dry away from radiators or direct heat. Follow any product-specific treatment instructions before applying protectors.

Are Frostguard boots waterproof?

No. The upper has a water-repellent treatment, but sealed waterproof construction is not confirmed.

Are they certified non-slip?

No certified slip-resistance rating is listed. Winter traction varies with snow, ice, temperature, contamination, and outsole wear. No ordinary winter outsole makes ice risk-free.

Should I size up for winter socks?

Measure with the socks you plan to wear. If thicker socks place you between sizes, choose the larger size.
