How to measure accurately

  1. Place paper on a hard floor against a wall.
  2. Wear the socks you plan to use with the shoes.
  3. Stand with your heel lightly touching the wall and your full weight on the foot.
  4. Mark the longest toe. Measure from the wall to that mark.
  5. Measure straight across the widest part of the forefoot.
  6. Repeat for the other foot. Use the larger length and width for shopping.

Important: This tool estimates a width profile from the relationship between foot width and length. It does not assign universal B, D, E, or EE sizes. Those labels and shoe shapes vary by brand, model, gender category, and last. Always check the product-specific size chart.
