Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refund processing

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

CozyStep Warm Winter Shoes

CozyStep™ Warm Winter Shoes are unisex cold-weather shoes with a cotton upper and a stitched wool and shearling fleece lining. An elastic band closure makes them easy to slip on, the non-slip rubber sole grips wet ground, and the plaid pattern adds a homey touch. Four colorways, EU sizes 36 to 47.

Where you will wear them

CozyStep suits cold-morning errands, short winter walks, home and garden wear, and relaxed indoor-outdoor days. The unisex fit covers the full household.

Build and materials

The upper is cotton fabric with a plaid pattern. The lining is wool and shearling fleece, stitched in place so the warmth stays put. The outsole is non-slip rubber and the closure is an elastic band. Cotton absorbs water, so these are dry-weather winter shoes.

Care

Brush the cotton upper clean when dry. Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry away from radiators. Do not machine wash; heat and agitation damage the stitched lining.
