Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery times include order processing and start from the date you place your order.

Standard delivery usually takes 8 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for some destinations or during busy periods.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not see the email within 72 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@elorvian.com.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and most European countries. If your country is missing at checkout, email us and we will add it.

Customs and import duties

Orders within the European Union ship duty-paid. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply at delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
