Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

LiftEase Elevated Casual Shoes

LiftEase™ Elevated Casual Shoes are black mesh sneakers with a choice of discreet internal elevation. Pick flat, 4 cm, 6 cm, 8 cm, or up to 10 cm of lift built inside the shoe, wrapped in a breathable low-cut mesh upper on a rubber, EVA, and PU sole.

  • Choose your lift: flat, 4 cm, 6 cm, 8 cm, or 10 cm of internal elevation per variant.
  • Discreet design: the elevation sits inside the shoe with a natural outside profile.
  • Breathable mesh upper: open construction supports airflow through the day.
  • Layered sole build: rubber, EVA, and PU combine grip with cushioning.
  • Wide size range: EU 33 to 46 in an all-black colorway.

Where you will wear them

LiftEase works as an everyday sneaker for city days, casual sport, work-casual outfits, and travel. The low-cut sporty shape reads as a regular black trainer. These are casual shoes, not performance running or trail footwear.

Build and materials

The upper is breathable mesh with a round toe and low cut. The sole combines rubber, EVA, and PU with the chosen elevation built inside. The insole is PU. Closure is a standard lace-up. Available in black, flat or with 4, 6, 8, or 10 cm of lift, sizes EU 33 to 46.

Care

Brush off dry dirt, then clean the mesh with a soft brush, lukewarm water, and mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Frequently asked questions

Is the elevation visible from outside?

No. The lift sits inside the shoe. From outside, the shoe reads as a regular sporty sneaker.

Which lift level should I choose?

4 cm feels close to a normal sneaker. 6 cm adds clear height with easy wear. 8 cm and 10 cm give maximum lift and take a short adjustment period. Flat skips the elevation entirely.

Are they waterproof?

No. The mesh upper lets water through. Keep them for dry days.

How do I pick my size?

Measure your foot length in millimeters and match the size guide above. Between sizes, choose the larger one.
