Description
SpeedPlate™ Carbon Running Shoes are lightweight lace-up running shoes with a carbon plate listed in the product specifications, an EVA sole, a PU insole, and a breathable mesh upper. They are available in six colourways and EU sizes 36 to 45.

- EVA sole: lightweight foam construction for underfoot cushioning.
- Mesh upper: open textile construction that supports airflow.

Care
Brush off dry dirt, clean the mesh with a soft brush and mild soap, and air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash.

No specific speed improvement can be guaranteed. Plate feel and running economy vary by runner, pace, technique, and the complete shoe setup.
How heavy are they?

Are they waterproof?
No. The mesh upper is not listed as waterproof. Use them for conditions that suit an open mesh running upper.
