Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This goes beyond the 14-day legal minimum required under EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. We accept try-on returns where the product has been tested indoors on a clean surface. Items worn outside, damaged, or returned without packaging cannot be refunded.

How to return

  1. Email support@elorvian.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Germany, the return label costs 4.90 EUR, deducted from the refund. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping in full.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@elorvian.com within the withdrawal period.

Refund processing

Refunds appear on your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the return, depending on your bank and payment method.

Elorvian LotusStep™ Embroidered Hanfu Shoes are traditional-inspired cloth shoes with a canvas upper, embroidered detailing, cotton-and-linen interior and a low wedge heel listed at approximately 1–3 cm.

  • Canvas upper: textile construction with embroidered detailing.
  • Cotton-and-linen lining/insole: textile interior; no cooling or moisture-management performance claim is made.
  • Supplier-described “beef tendon” sole: flexible sole material as listed by the supplier; no traction, longevity or safety guarantee is made.
  • Low wedge: approximately 1–3 cm; no stability, posture or all-day comfort benefit is guaranteed.

Fit

We do not make a universal true-to-size claim. Measure both feet and use the product size information.

Care

Spot clean the textile upper gently with cool water and mild soap and air dry away from direct heat.

Shipping & returns

Free tracked shipping: estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from the order date, including processing.

30-day returns: return and reorder if another size is needed. Direct exchanges are not offered.
