Shipping cost

Free tracked standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 8 to 15 business days from the date you place your order. This estimate includes processing time. Many orders arrive within 8 to 10 business days, but delivery can take longer during busy periods or because of carrier, customs, or weather delays.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active. If you do not see the shipping email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@elorvian.com.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and most European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Customs and import duties

Orders within the European Union ship duty-paid. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply at delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
