Retourtermijn

U heeft 30 dagen vanaf de dag van levering van uw bestelling om een retour aan te vragen. Dit gaat verder dan de wettelijk vereiste minimale termijn van 14 dagen volgens de EU-consumentenwetgeving.

Conditie

Artikelen moeten ongedragen zijn, in originele staat, met alle labels en originele verpakking. We accepteren retourzendingen waarbij het product binnen op een schone ondergrond is gepast. Artikelen die buiten zijn gedragen, beschadigd zijn of zonder verpakking worden geretourneerd, kunnen niet worden terugbetaald.

Hoe te retourneren

  1. Stuur een e-mail naar support@elorvian.com met uw ordernummer en de reden van retour.
  2. Wij sturen u binnen 24 uur op werkdagen een retourlabel en instructies.
  3. Verpak het artikel in de originele doos, bevestig het label en lever het af bij de vervoerder die op het label staat vermeld.
  4. Zodra wij de retourzending hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, wordt uw terugbetaling binnen 5 werkdagen verwerkt naar de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Verzendkosten retour

De verzendkosten voor retour zijn voor rekening van de klant. Voor Duitsland bedragen de kosten voor het retourlabel 4,90 EUR, die worden afgetrokken van het terug te betalen bedrag. Indien het product beschadigd aankomt of u het verkeerde artikel ontvangt, dekken wij de volledige kosten voor de retourzending.

Ruilen

Wij bieden geen directe ruil aan. Om een maat of kleur te ruilen, plaatst u een nieuwe bestelling voor het gewenste artikel en retourneert u het originele artikel voor een terugbetaling.

Herroepingsrecht (EU)

Klanten in de Europese Unie hebben een wettelijk herroepingsrecht om binnen 14 dagen na levering zonder opgaaf van redenen van de aankoop af te zien. Ons 30-dagen retourbeleid verlengt deze periode. Om uw herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, neemt u binnen de herroepingstermijn contact met ons op via support@elorvian.com.

Verwerking terugbetaling

Terugbetalingen verschijnen binnen 5 tot 10 werkdagen op uw rekening nadat wij de retourzending hebben verwerkt, afhankelijk van uw bank en betaalmethode.

FurNest™ Fur-Lined Snow Boots are lace-up winter boots with a fleece lining and an umbrella cloth and super fiber upper. The square-heel rubber sole grounds each step, and the front tie sets a firm fit. Black, khaki, or pink, EU sizes 36 to 47.

Build and materials

The upper combines umbrella cloth with super fiber panels. The lining is fleece, the sole is rubber with a square heel, and the closure is a front tie. Umbrella cloth repels light moisture; sealed waterproof construction is not confirmed.

Care

Knock off snow after wear and wipe with a damp cloth. Air dry away from radiators. Do not machine wash; heat damages the lining.

Frequently asked questions

Is the lining real fur?

No. The lining is synthetic fleece. No animal fur is used.

Are they fully waterproof?

No. The umbrella cloth repels snow and light moisture, but the boots are not sealed against standing water or deep slush.

Should I size up for thick socks?

Yes. Between sizes, choose the larger one to leave room for winter socks.
