  4. Zodra wij de retourzending hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, wordt uw terugbetaling binnen 5 werkdagen verwerkt naar de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Verzendkosten retour

De verzendkosten voor retour zijn voor rekening van de klant. Voor Duitsland bedragen de kosten voor het retourlabel 4,90 EUR, die worden afgetrokken van het terug te betalen bedrag.
