Comment retourner un article

  1. Envoyez un e-mail à support@elorvian.com avec votre numéro de commande et le motif du retour.
  2. Nous vous envoyons une étiquette de retour et les instructions sous 24 heures les jours ouvrés.
  3. Emballez l'article dans sa boîte d'origine, apposez l'étiquette et déposez le colis chez le transporteur indiqué sur l'étiquette.
  4. Dès réception et vérification du retour, votre remboursement est émis sous 5 jours ouvrés sur le moyen de paiement d'origine.

Frais de retour

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Pour l'Allemagne, l'étiquette de retour coûte 4,90 EUR, déduits du remboursement. Si le produit arrive endommagé ou si vous recevez le mauvais article, nous prenons en charge l'intégralité des frais de retour.

Échanges

Nous ne proposons pas d'échange direct. Pour changer de taille ou de couleur, passez une nouvelle commande pour l'article souhaité et retournez l'article d'origine pour un remboursement.

Les clients de l'Union européenne disposent d'un droit légal de rétractation dans un délai de 14 jours après la livraison, sans avoir à motiver leur décision. DynastyEase Old Beijing Cloth Shoes

Elorvian DynastyEase™ Old Beijing Cloth Shoes are traditional-inspired casual shoes with a lightweight woven textile upper, floral embroidery, mesh lining, EVA insole and PVC sole.

  • Woven textile upper: lightweight fabric construction; replaces the supplier-style “flying fabric” wording.
  • Mesh lining: textile interior that can allow airflow, without a cooling-performance guarantee.
  • EVA insole: provides a cushioned layer underfoot; no tested shock-absorption or fatigue-reduction claim is made.
  • PVC sole: ground-contact layer for ordinary casual surfaces; no certified slip-resistance rating is listed.
  • Low heel: listed at approximately 1–3 cm; no stability or all-day comfort benefit is guaranteed.

Fit

We do not make a universal true-to-size claim. Measure both feet and select from the product size information.

Care

Spot clean with cool water and mild soap and air dry away from direct heat.

Shipping & returns

Free tracked shipping: estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from the order date, including processing.

30-day returns: return and reorder if another size is needed. Direct exchanges are not offered.
