Délai de retour

Vous disposez de 30 jours à compter de la livraison de votre commande pour demander un retour. Ce délai dépasse le minimum légal de 14 jours prévu par le droit de la consommation de l'UE.

État de l'article

Les articles doivent être non portés, en état d'origine, avec toutes les étiquettes et l'emballage d'origine. Nous acceptons les retours d'essayage lorsque le produit a été testé en intérieur sur une surface propre. Les articles portés à l'extérieur, endommagés ou retournés sans emballage ne peuvent pas être remboursés.

Comment retourner un article

  1. Envoyez un e-mail à support@elorvian.com avec votre numéro de commande et le motif du retour.
  2. Nous vous envoyons une étiquette de retour et les instructions sous 24 heures les jours ouvrés.
  3. Emballez l'article dans sa boîte d'origine, apposez l'étiquette et déposez le colis chez le transporteur indiqué sur l'étiquette.
  4. Dès réception et vérification du retour, votre remboursement est émis sous 5 jours ouvrés sur le moyen de paiement d'origine.

Frais de retour

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Pour l'Allemagne, l'étiquette de retour coûte 4,90 EUR, déduits du remboursement. Si le produit arrive endommagé ou si vous recevez le mauvais article, nous prenons en charge l'intégralité des frais de retour.

Échanges

Nous ne proposons pas d'échange direct. Pour changer de taille ou de couleur, passez une nouvelle commande pour l'article souhaité et retournez l'article d'origine pour un remboursement.

PolarGuard Insulated Snow Boots

PolarGuard™ Insulated Snow Boots are lace-up winter boots with a fleece lining and a water-repellent synthetic leather and Oxford upper. The flat-heel rubber sole grounds each step on cold ground, in black, army green, or pink, EU sizes 35 to 47.

Build and materials

The upper combines water-repellent synthetic leather with Oxford fabric. The lining is fleece, the sole is rubber, and the heel is flat. Closure is a front lace-up. Sealed waterproof construction is not confirmed.

Values are general EU conversions for guidance. Size EU 35 is also available; confirmed foot-length data for this size is not provided by the supplier. Winter boots wear warmer with thick socks; between sizes, choose the larger one.

Care

Knock off snow after wear. Wipe the synthetic leather with a damp cloth and brush the Oxford fabric when dry. Air dry away from radiators. Do not machine wash.

Are they fully waterproof?

No. The upper repels snow and light moisture, but the boots are not sealed against standing water or deep slush.

Is the upper real leather?

No. The upper is synthetic leather combined with Oxford fabric, which keeps the boot light and easy to clean.

Should I size up for thick socks?

Yes. Between sizes, choose the larger one to leave room for winter socks.
