Comment retourner un article

  1. Envoyez un e-mail à support@elorvian.com avec votre numéro de commande et le motif du retour.
  2. Nous vous envoyons une étiquette de retour et les instructions sous 24 heures les jours ouvrés.
  3. Emballez l'article dans sa boîte d'origine, apposez l'étiquette et déposez le colis chez le transporteur indiqué sur l'étiquette.
  4. Dès réception et vérification du retour, votre remboursement est émis sous 5 jours ouvrés sur le moyen de paiement d'origine.

Frais de retour

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Pour l'Allemagne, l'étiquette de retour coûte 4,90 EUR, déduits du remboursement. Si le produit arrive endommagé ou si vous recevez le mauvais article, nous prenons en charge l'intégralité des frais de retour.

Échanges

Nous ne proposons pas d'échange direct. Pour changer de taille ou de couleur, passez une nouvelle commande pour l'article souhaité et retournez l'article d'origine pour un remboursement.

OakLine™ Stitched Casual Boots are hand-stitched mid-top boots with leather splicing and belt details. A microfiber leather upper sits over a cushioned latex insole and a flat 20 mm rubber sole, with a front tie plus slip-on entry. Five colorways, EU sizes 35 to 48.

  • Leather-splice belt details: a crafted accent on the shaft.

Where you will wear them

OakLine suits daily wear, casual outfits, weekends, and travel across the seasons. The unisex design works as couple wear.

Build and materials

The upper is microfiber leather with a round toe and mid-top shaft. The inner is super fiber, the insole is latex, and the sole is 20 mm rubber with a flat heel. Closure is a front tie with a shallow slip-on opening.

Care

Wipe the microfiber leather with a damp cloth and mild soap. Keep the stitching free of grit with a soft brush. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash.

No. The supplier lists microfiber leather, a synthetic material with a leather look, lighter weight, and easier care.
