Comment retourner un article

  2. Nous vous envoyons une étiquette de retour et les instructions sous 24 heures les jours ouvrés.
  3. Emballez l'article dans sa boîte d'origine, apposez l'étiquette et déposez le colis chez le transporteur indiqué sur l'étiquette.
  4. Dès réception et vérification du retour, votre remboursement est émis sous 5 jours ouvrés sur le moyen de paiement d'origine.

Frais de retour

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Pour l'Allemagne, l'étiquette de retour coûte 4,90 EUR, déduits du remboursement. Si le produit arrive endommagé ou si vous recevez le mauvais article, nous prenons en charge l'intégralité des frais de retour.

Échanges

Nous ne proposons pas d'échange direct. Pour changer de taille ou de couleur, passez une nouvelle commande pour l'article souhaité et retournez l'article d'origine pour un remboursement.

Where you will wear them

AirWeave suits daily errands, casual walks, city days, and travel in warm weather. The open mesh trades insulation for ventilation, so treat these as spring and summer shoes rather than all-season footwear.

Build and materials

The upper is mesh with a round toe. The insole is cloth. The outsole is rubber with a thick sole profile. Closure is a standard lace-up. Available in Beige and Black.
